Ламизил относится к группе лекарственных препаратов противогрибковой направелнности широкого спектра действия. Ламизил предназначен для лечения грибковых инфекций на гладкой коже, слизистых оболочках, ногтях и волосах.
Препарат Ламизил выпускается в различных лекарственных формах: таблетки, крем, гель, спрей, лосьон, в которых активное действующее вещество одно — тербинафин. Тербинафин нарушает нормальный обмен белков в грибковых клетках, что и приводит к гибели патогенных грибов. Тербинафин обладает избирательным действием в отношении грибов, которые вызывают микозы, онихомикозы, кандидозы, дерматомикозы на ногтевых пластинах, на волосистой части головы и конечностей, а также на слизистых и на гладкой коже. Действующее вещество тербинафин уничтожает различные грибы: рода Кандида, рода Микроспорум, рода Питироспорум, рода Трихофитон.
