Остеохондроз – заболевание, которому при современном образе жизни подвержены люди практически любого возраста, кроме маленьких детей. Оно проявляется, как правило, болями разной интенсивности и локализации. Для снятия болевого синдрома при остеохондрозе часто назначается курс уколов. В данной статье речь пойдет о том, что именно используется для подобных уколов.
Самым быстродействующим способом снять остеохондрозную боль является курс уколов.
Однако злоупотребление инъекционным лечением недопустимо, и это должны знать как врач, так и пациент. Инъекционное введение лечебных препаратов – важный компонент терапии, позволяющий оперативно поменять клиническую картину.
В ситуации с остеохондрозом ситуацию могут изменить три типа препаратов – нестероидные противовоспалительные средства, обезболивающие препараты и витамины. Наиболее употребляемые препараты для инъекций при остеохондрозе – это Диклофенак и Мильгамма.
В каких случаях назначается лечение уколами?
Инъекционное введение лечебного препарата назначается в острый период при длительном болевом синдроме. Но не во всех случаях диагностирования остеохондроза применяются уколы. Например, при грудном остеохондрозе практически не бывает болей, потому и надобности в уколах тоже нет. А вот при шейном и поясничном остеохондрозе уколы часто бывают единственным способом облегчить состояние больного – боли обычно в этих случаях бывает наиболее интенсивные, порой невыносимые. При этом врачи назначают нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты, быстро снимающие симптоматику – отечность, воспаление, уменьшающие компрессию нервных корешков, что и приводит к снятию болевого синдрома.
Отдельная категория препаратов – обезболивающие средства. Они применяются для временного купирования боли и только. То есть никакого лечебного эффекта они не производят.
Какие препараты назначаются для уколов при остеохондрозе?
Наиболее популярные препараты это:
- Диклофенак;
- Мильгамма;
- Кетонал;
- витамины группы В.
Первые два препарата относятся к группе противовоспалительных нестероидных средств, третий – к обезболивающим, четвертые, соответственно, к витаминам.
Весьма часто врачи пользуются Новокаином для проведения т.н. новокаиновых блокад. Это эффективный метод, применяемый для снятия острой боли. Болевой участок обкалывают новокаином, Результат всегда ощутимый и держится довольно долго. Но опять-таки стоит помнить о том, что новокаиновая блокада – это не способ лечения, а лишь помощь в острой ситуации.
Тонкости использования инъекционного лечения
Нужно знать, что лечение шейного остеохондроза инъекциями должно проводиться с осторожностью, учитывая специфику данного участка позвоночного столба. Существует риск повредить кровеносные сосуды или нервные окончания. Но это не главное. Главное в том, что при купировании боли в шейном отделе человек забывает о том, что двигать головой при этом нежелательно, и начинает активные движения, что приводит к усугублению ситуации в конечном итоге. Кроме того, нужно помнить и о том, что самостоятельно решать о применении того или иного препарата при таком серьезном заболевании, как остеохондроз, просто недопустимо.
