Если же кариес исключен, то вам следует в первую очередь откорректировать питание. Когда имеет место флюороз, замените воду на бутилированную. Временно исключите из меню рыбу, креветки, шпинат.
При истончении эмали следует обогатить рацион богатыми кальцием продуктами. Ешьте чаще сыры, йогурты, сухофрукты, капусту, свежую зелень. Откажитесь от вязких сладких конфет, семечек, сухарей. А также выбирайте витаминные комплексы с повышенным содержанием кальция и прочих микроэлементов.
Какой пастой стоит чистить зубы?
Независимо от факторов, вызвавших появление белых точек или прозрачных прожилок на зубах, всегда соблюдайте гигиену полости рта! А также:
- Выбирайте мягкую зубную щетку.
- Откажитесь от агрессивных отбеливающих средств.
- Полощите рот после каждой еды.
