Методы лечения геммороя без операции
Наложение латексных колец
Одним из наиболее распространенных методов с малой инвазийностью является наложение латексных колец.
Он успешно используется в проктологии для лечения геморроидальных узлов.
Процедура отличается малой стоимостью и отсутствием серьезных осложнений. Метод заключается в наложении латексного кольца на ножку геморроидального узла с помощью лигатора — особого прибора. В результате питающий сосуд сдавливается, узел постепенно подвергается некрозу и отторгается. Важно, что после подобной процедуры никакие ограничения в нормальной жизни больного не накладываются. Некоторые болевые ощущения возможны только в первые двое суток. Наложение латексных колец возможны при внутреннем геморрое первой-третьей стадии. Статистика утверждает что еще лет семь-десять после процедуры рецидивы не наблюдаются.
Склеротерапия
Другим успешным методом является склеротерапия геморроидальных узлов при которой в геморроидальные узлы вводятся особые склерозирующие растворы. Это мало болезненная процедура, и ее осуществляют без наркоза. Она обычно применяется при кровоточащем геморрое и отсутствии выпадения наружу геморроидальных узлов. Однако, метод не лишен недостатков. При неправильном введении склерозирующего раствора, при котором вещество случайно попадает под слизистую анального канала, вполне возможно образование на слизистой оболочке некроза, что вызывает сильные боли. Безрецидивность метода составляет три-семь лет.
Следует также учитывать, что воспаленный увеличенный геморроидальный узел вполне может исчезнуть и без оперативного вмешательства.

В следующем методе сосуды геморроидального узла прижигаются инфракрасным излучением, чем провоцируется некроз, с последующим склерозом геморроидальной ткани. Это безболезненная процедура, не требующая госпитализации. Она применяется при малых размерах геморроидальных узлов. Здесь безрецидивный период составляет год-два.
В некоторых случаях без оперативного лечения геморроя, вернее его радикальных вариантов, не обойтись. Речь идет, преимущественно о геморрое четвертой стадии, либо же о выраженных воспалении и кровотечениях из узлов. Обычно подобные явления проявляются при запущенном течении болезни, когда больные вовремя не обращались к врачу. Однако, в большинстве случаев хирургического вмешательства можно избежать. 90% больных, озабоченных проблемами геморроя в состоянии преодолеть геморрой и его симптомы без хирургического вмешательства.
Амбулаторное лечение представляет собой ежедневное посещение проктолога в течение нескольких дней на протяжении которых и осуществляется лечение, а продолжительность проведения процедуры составляет лишь несколько минут.
